24-Hour Injury Care Coverage

DISA's Health & Safety Center in Pasadena, Texas offers expert injury care services for non-life and limb threatening workplace injuries. Our medical professionals knowledge and experience ensure patients receive the very best care, helping them recover and return to work faster. They consider OSHA reporting circumstances and do their best to minimize lost time days and use cost containment measures.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30pm

Services include treatment for injuries like:

  • Abrasions, cuts and bruises
  • Falls or lifting strains
  • Eye injuries, including foreign bodies in the eyes
  • Finger, wrist and ankle sprains
  • Broken bones or joint injuries

After Hours Services

Our Pasadena location also provides convenient after hours coverage. Medical attention may be received by calling our injury care hotline at 832-317-8158. Patients have the option of meeting the service provider at the Center Street facility or at the location where the injury occurred.

We treat the following OSHA first aid services:

  • Dispensing nonprescription medications 
  • Cleaning, flushing or soaking wounds on the surface of the skin
  • Bandaging for wound coverage or liquid bandages 
  • Tetanus immunization, if necessary 
  • Hot or cold therapy 
  • Non-rigid means of support for immobilization 
  • Temporary immobilization for transport 
  • Drilling finger or toenails to relieve pressure and draining blisters 
  • Removing foreign bodies from eyes with irrigation or cotton swabs, and eye patches 
  • Applying finger guards 
  • Administering fluids for relief of heat stress 

We are also partnered with Bayshore Medical Center's 24 Hour Emergency Center for injuries beyond the scope of our first aid services.
