Chief Financial Officer
Mark accepted the position of CFO in 2015, bringing nearly 20 years of executive finance experience to our team. His career includes complex operational and financial roles focused on driving functional, commercial, and economic results.
Before joining DISA, Mark worked for General Electric for 13 years where he held multiple financial executive roles. His tenure with GE began in analytics, advancing to different CFO positions across several GE divisions in the U.S. and Europe. Mark’s career also includes six years at HireRight, a global background screening provider. As CFO, he was instrumental in growing the business more than two-fold over the course of five years.
Mark became a Six Sigma Black Belt in 2003. He is a graduate of Queen’s University in Kingston, Canada, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Finance).
Vice-President, Internal Operations
Brendon joined the DISA team in 2005 after five years with Dell, Inc. He has held many positions within the DISA organization including four years as a member of the Sales Operations team. During Brendon's time with the Sales Operations team, he played an integral part in the growth of our contractor's consortium and client on-boarding. In 2009 Brendon was promoted to Sr. Director of Drug Testing Operations where he served for three years. As Vice-President of Internal Operations, he is now responsible for all operational support for Drug Testing, Background Screening and Driver Qualification at DISA. Brendon is a 1999 graduate of Texas State University.
Vice-President, Sales Operations / Vice-President, External Operations
Colin started with DISA in 2002. He has 15 years of sales management experience, including four years with Kraft Foods. Colin is responsible for all aspects of the Sales Department including new business development and key account sales. He is also responsible for External Operations, which include: Safety Training, Occupational Medicine, and International Operations for DISA. Colin is a graduate of University of Kansas with a BBA in Business Administration.
Vice-President, Human Resources
Lisa joined the DISA team in 2015 to oversee the human resources function. Prior to joining the management team, she led the human resources and talent management teams at EP Energy, an independent Exploration and Production company. In her background, Lisa has held various leadership roles focused in the areas of human resources, talent management and change management for El Paso Corporation (predecessor to EP Energy Corporation, a/k/a El Paso Exploration & Production Company) and UHY Advisors, now BDO Advisors. She has her BA in Psychology from University of North Texas and her MS in Organizational Psychology and Strategy from BI – Norwegian School of Management.
