Mid-State Occupational Health Services, Inc.

With five locations throughout Pennsylvania, Mid-State Occupational Health Services has worked with more than 2,000 customers in the Northeast to ensure compliance, enhance employee health and safety, and efficiently provide quality services. Mid-State offers a variety of physical exams (fit for duty, DOT, return to duty, PPD, lift, etc.), respiratory testing (pulmonary function or respirator fit tests), and audiometric testing either in-house or in one of two state-of-the-art testing vehicles with four testing stations that can be driven to any customer’s location for convenient and quick testing. Additionally, Mid-State staffs’ nurses, physician assistants, and physicians at safety-sensitive facilities for physicals, on-site wound care, and drug and alcohol collections on a regularly scheduled basis.

Located in Santa Ana, CA, CDS provides customers with the latest digital solutions to keep their workplace safe, including electronic custody and control form capabilities (ECCF), Medical Review Officer (MRO) services, and more. CDS also offers electronic driver qualification file management and ELD monitoring for the transportation industry.
