A practicing emergency medicine physician and teacher at Highland General Hospital – one of the premier emergency medicine teaching facilities in the U.S. – Dr. Mike Lynn is also a clinical faculty member at the University of California, San Francisco. He is a former White House Fellow and Fulbright Scholar with an extensive background in public policy and public health, and he is a reserve deputy sheriff and a fully qualified and active SWAT team member. In addition, Dr. Lynn worked for 10 years as a venture capitalist specializing in medical devices and biotechnology. In this capacity, Dr. Lynn invested widely in emerging life science companies and served on multiple boards of directors. Dr. Lynn is currently CEO of Hound Labs, Inc., a scientific device company that has developed ultra-sensitive breath analysis technology that has been used to create the Hound marijuana and alcohol breathalyzer, which solves one of the biggest public safety problems associated with marijuana legalization: how to objectively determine if someone has recently used marijuana. Dr. Lynn lives near Oakland, CA with his wife, Jenny, their four children, and their Swiss mountain dog, Stanley.

Abigail S. Potter is the Manager of Safety and Occupational Health Policy at the American Trucking Associations, based in Arlington, VA. At ATA, Abigail is an issue expert on highway safety data, trucking industry drug and alcohol regulations, commercial driver licensing, federal commercial driver medical qualifications, occupational health and safety compliance, and distractive driving.
Prior to coming to ATA in 2007, Abigail worked in the U.S. Senate for former Ohio Senator George Voinovich in the Homeland Security and Government Affairs’ Subcommittee on Government Management, the Federal Workforce, and the District of Columbia.
Abigail graduated from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio with a degree in Political Science and Russian Area Studies.
In her free time she is a runner and competitive rower with the Capital Rowing Club in Washington, DC.

Sean is the Assistant Vice President of Operations and has been with DISA for eight years. Prior to joining DISA, Sean has extensive experience working for several industry-leading companies within the background screening industry, such as Choice Point, LexisNexis, and Acxiom. Transitioning from sales to operations, Sean has helped orchestrate DISA's organizational structure to help support the growth of the fastest growing product line within the DISA business suite of services. In addition, he took the lead role in the restructuring and modernization of DISA's customer service teams to help the business scale as DISA sees industry-leading growth. He's currently responsible for drug testing and background day-to-day operations and seeing the future next-generation technology plays to excel the DISA further. Sean currently served on two nonprofit boards and holds a seat on an advisory board for a fintech company based in Houston. When he's not diligently working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids snow skiing and sailing.

Dr. Kuntz has been with CRL since 2006 and is a Board Certified Toxicologist. He is a national expert in urine adulteration and drug detection in urine, oral fluid, hair, and sweat using GC/MS, GC/MS/MS and LC/MS/MS. He has worked in workplace drug testing for over twenty years. He has testified extensively for employment hearings, child endangerment proceedings, military court-martial courts, Federal merit system protection boards, the FAA, and Department of Energy regarding drug use, interpretation, and adulteration of urine samples. In addition to workplace testing, Dr. Kuntz has been involved for many years in developing drugs of abuse testing panels for medical professionals. Dr. Kuntz is an inspector for the SAMHSA and CAP forensic drug testing programs. He currently serves on the editorial board for Clinical & Forensic Toxicology News and as a consultant to the MRO Examination Development Committee for the Medical Review Officer Certification Council (MROCC). Dr. Kuntz received his B.S. in Pharmacy from North Dakota State University and practiced five years as a retail and hospital pharmacist. He went on to receive his Masters of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Oklahoma and his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from North Dakota State University. He further completed a post-doctoral program in biochemical toxicology at Washington State University and the University of Utah.
