For the fourth year in a row, DISA has once again received top recognition as the number onedrug testing third-party administrators (TPAs) in a 2021 Employer Survey.
Each year the Current Consulting Group (CCG) conducts two surveys: The Drug Testing Industry and Brand Recognition Survey and the Employer Survey. The Drug Testing Industry and Brand Recognition Survey invites personnel from the industry (labs, manufacturers, MROs, TPAs, etc.) to share their insights about any industry trends, how the industry is doing as a whole, and more. Typically, this is the only survey that CCG includes the brand name portion, but in 2020 they decided to include it in the Employer Survey as well. Unlike the Drug Testing Industry and Brand Recognition Survey, the Employer survey is only geared towards end-users, adding more insight as to where DISA ranks among a different audience. DISA also ranked number one in the Brand Recognition Survey for the very first year they rolled it out.

When asked to name the top three brand names in collection sites, DISA moved into fifth place. While the fifth place isn’t usually something to celebrate, DISA is excited to join a top 5 list of brands that have dominated the collection site industry like Quest Diagnostics, Abbott, LabCorp, and Concentra.
