As part of GHRR’s acquisition by DISA Global Solutions, we continually seek opportunities to sync up our organizational processes, branding, and overall messaging in the industry.
On September 10th, we made a significant step towards a unified “One DISA” by rebranding the GHRR Clairiti platform to DISAScreen. DISAScreen aligns better with our existing core platforms (DISAWorks and DISA360) and our overall DISA brand. As one of our core systems, we are heavily investing in new feature development on the platform, and we are excited about the future of DISAScreen.
Ultimately, rebranding to DISAScreen is a minor visual update. The rebrand does not change the process for our users or their points of contact. The platform rebranding will be communicated to our top customers by their assigned account managers; however, most customers will be notified via a popup inside the platform because there is no change to functionality.
Effectively immediately, we can start to refer to Clairiti as DISAScreen internally and begin educating customers on the upcoming name change, effective September 10th.
Rebranding GHRR & Crimcheck
Additionally, we plan to fully rebrand GHRR and Crimcheck to DISA Global Solutions within the next seven months. This aligns with our push for unified best-in-class processes across all DISA teams. Whether selling to prospects, servicing clients, or building world-class IT solutions, we are “One DISA.”
Crimcheck will rebrand on December 1st, 2023, but they have already taken several steps towards this goal, including migrating to @disa.com emails. Crimcheck users will continue to use the Crimcheck platform for the foreseeable future.
GHRR will be externally rebranding to DISA on March 1st, 2024. Users will migrate to @disa.com emails earlier in January 2024. GHRR customers will continue to use DISAScreen, formerly Clairiti.
