Pulse Checks:

We are thrilled to announce that starting in August, we’ll launch DISA Pulse Checks where you get the opportunity to have one-on-one check-ins with our executive leadership team and share your valuable insights on our company and our culture. You’ll get to meet one of our C-level leaders, get to know them better and chat about your career and our company.

What To Expect

We select about 20 team members at random each quarter to be paired with an executive for a DISA Pulse Check.  These quick sessions will be informal and most likely done virtually. Be on the lookout, because if you’re selected, you will receive an invitation directly from one of our Chief Officers. 

Participation is 100% voluntary! No one will share your responses or mention your name attached to any feedback. We do highly encourage you to seize this opportunity to have your voice heard and make a meaningful impact.

 As you may know, focus groups and check-ins like these are part of our on-going engagement roadmap. So far, we’ve been able to gather tons of feedback and we sincerely appreciate the efforts you’ve made to help us make DISA a great place to work and grow your career.

As part of our ongoing commitment to promoting a healthy work-life balance and fostering a sense of community within our organization, we were excited to invite you to participate in the Find Balance Bingo game!

This engaging activity was designed to encourage all of us to take small steps towards achieving a balanced lifestyle. The bingo card features a variety of tasks, challenges, and things we’ve all done at one time or another on a Teams call.   It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with your colleagues and make positive choices that contribute to your overall wellness.

Our Virtual Show & Tell event happened on Friday, September 15th.

This was a unique opportunity for us to break away from our usual routine and come together as a community to share some joy and creativity. Whether you're an avid collector of stamps, have a prized guitar, or a fascinating piece of art, we wanted to see what brings you joy!
