This initiative is a game-changer, accelerating our scalability and setting the stage for unprecedented efficiency and growth. After thorough technical analysis and considering our business requirements, we've selected a solution with robust integration capabilities. This move simplifies our system, allowing for a singular, effective integration layer across our critical platforms such as D360, DISAWorks and DISAScreen.
Our Strategy and Execution
In alignment with our strategic goals, we're focusing on expanding partnerships that complement our strategy while continuing to bolster our ability to execute rapid builds on existing ATS platforms. The data compiled from the business is reviewed monthly to drive further connection prioritization. As you've seen, we'll continue to promote visibility through announcements made on a regular basis to endure you're all informed on our collaborative prioritization decisions.
Key Benefits of the DISA Integration Gateway for Integrations:
Workday - Workday connectivity is now available through the DISA Integration Gateway! Upon our solution build's completion at the end of 2023, our teams aggressively worked to complete technical development and business testing for the Workday ATS effective as of January 19th, 2024. Any client that wants to use Workday as their provider across our primary platforms (DISAScreen, DISAWorks, and DISA360) can NOW use the Integration Gateway to connect! This simplifies the workflow, accelerates the ordering process, and enhances the entire user experience. To submit these requests, follow the new product intake process.
Greenhouse - We are pleased to confirm that, effective March 27th, 2024, Greenhouse is now live in the DISA Integration Gateway! This launch represents a pivotal moment for DISA, as it not only expands our Integration Gateway but also solidifies our promise to provide clients with seamless and efficient workflows. The successful integration of Greenhouse is a testament to our team's dedication and the collaborative effort across departments to make this possible. Our ability to execute this vision on schedule exemplifies our agility, technical prowess, and unwavering focus on client satisfaction.
SuccessFactors - While SuccessFactors was initially scheduled for deployment at the end of Q1, we’re proud to announce that this integration was available effective as of March 15th, ahead of schedule! This early release exemplifies our team's hard work, agility, and the strong partnerships we've cultivated. Your engagement and feedback are invaluable as we continue to enhance our integration capabilities.
We have set up an internal SharePoint site with company-wide access to keep you informed on all integration details. We will continue to update this site with integration-specific collateral for each new ATS that is launched, details on our existing partnerships/integrations, and workflows on how to request a new connection all in one spot! After careful consideration and evaluation of our organizational strategy and new revenue opportunities, we've selected our Q2 prioritizations:
TenStreet: This partnership expansion opens the door to increase our revenue and significantly impacting our growth trajectory.
TalentReef: By aiding DISA in the migration of over 200 accounts, the TalentReef integration will accelerate our transition to DISAScreen.
Oracle: We were just approved for the Certified Marketplace Integration to ORC and are already discussing how we can expedite the process. Thank you again to those who helped support gaining this critical approval!
