Revenue Team Updates

Dear Team DISA,

In the dynamic landscape of today's market, our continuous endeavor is to evolve and adapt to better serve our clients. Over the past few weeks, I have enjoyed engaging with many dedicated individuals who form the backbone of DISA's revenue organization. Your collective efforts are steering us towards a promising horizon where we are well-positioned to meet the market's demand for consolidated, efficient, and risk-mitigating solutions.

As we navigate this path of growth and innovation, aligning our organizational structure with our strategic goals becomes imperative. I am thrilled to announce several key changes that have been implemented over the last few weeks to bolster our teams and enhance our service delivery:

Promotions and Role Expansions

Brady Quarles has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Industrial and Consortium Sales, continuing to spearhead our legacy DISA sales initiatives.

Celeste Bayles has been promoted to Vice President, Sales Operations across all DISA, with Michelle Escobar and Kathleen Ripley among her direct reports, fostering cross-training and new sales training initiatives.

  • Michelle Escobar has been promoted to Lead Sales Trainer across all of DISA. Michelle will be rolling out both cross-training and new sales training in the next several months.
  • Kathleen Ripley will continue supporting the industrial sales team through the CRM but will now report to Celeste.

Christopher Eichenberg has been promoted to Vice President, Transportation, a sector where we anticipate significant growth, with Chris at the helm to provide comprehensive solutions. Having Chris focus on providing end-to-end solutions to the transportation vertical will be key to this strategy’s success.

Promotion and Transition:

Jordan Peterson has been promoted and will transition from million-dollar sales rep to the role of Corporate Strategy Manager. Effective October 1st, Jordan will report to Colin Woods, Chief Strategy Officer, where he will focus his experience and expertise towards the effective execution of our strategic initiatives.  This will include working with key stakeholders throughout the enterprise to enhance our product/service offering, improve customer experience, and generate new revenue opportunities.
