Effective July 3, 2023, DISA Global Solutions has successfully acquired SIGNUM Consulting GmbH, one of Germany's leading companies in compliance and risk management. This acquisition is a key move supporting our strategic international growth plan. Further, it solidifies DISA's position as a global provider of pre-employment background screening and risk & compliance management solutions.
Since its inception in February 1998, SIGNUM Consulting has served the needs of internationally focused large and medium-sized companies across more than 60 countries. With a team of international members who speak more than 14 languages, SIGNUM brings a wealth of global expertise to DISA. Their focus on quality and customer service has been a pillar of their success, mirroring DISA's core values.
SIGNUM is unique because of its sustainable network, built over the past 25 years, and includes 60 partner companies that work intensively with them. They have completed more than 100 projects for well-known international companies and have a strong focus on navigating the legal, technical, and cultural challenges of global business development.
