a message from John Peterson
Valued DISA Employees,
2022 was a remarkable year for DISA, highlighted by strong financial performance and transformative acquisitions that have propelled us into the next phase of our growth trajectory. As part of that next phase, we are pleased to share some exciting and important news regarding the evolution of DISA Global Solutions. With our continued growth and expanding suite of products and services, our organizational structure must adapt accordingly. Therefore, we will transition from our current service line/business unit model to a more traditional organization structure led by functional C-level leaders across the One DISA team.
We plan to implement our new organizational structure in a phased rollout over the next few months. Our new structure is designed to better align our resources, improve operational efficiencies, enhance our customer experience, and help us achieve our strategic vision of becoming a billion-dollar company.
We are announcing a realigned C-level executive team that will report to me.
Mark Mayo - Chief Financial Officer

Amber Dossey - Chief Human Resources Officer

I have tasked the following new roles with bringing new functional alignment to their respective areas.

Finally, we will add two new critical strategic roles to focus on our operations and revenue generation.
Vikas Vig - Chief Operating Officer

Gary Weise - Chief Revenue Officer
Responsibilities/Functions:
Raj Rajaram - Chief Product and Technology Officer
Responsibilities/Functions:
We are transitioning current GM roles/responsibilities, including sales, operations, and customer support, to new C-level functional leaders. The GMs will ensure a smooth transition as they assume their new positions.
Steven Spencer, Bobby Gardebled, and Brendon Brown will transition to new leadership roles in their respective functional areas.
From a business development perspective, we will maintain a certain degree of vertical end-market focus (e.g., Industrials, Transportation, and Healthcare).
Marketing and Communications will continue to report to me.
As our realignment takes shape over the next few months, anyone impacted by this change will receive additional guidance, support, and clear communication about how the changes may affect them. The General Managers and respective leaders of our shared service teams will continue to focus on their functional areas, and all team members should remain focused on their day-to-day responsibilities.
To reiterate, this realignment will further bolster our efforts to achieve operational excellence, foster innovation, and enhance the customer experience. Additionally, this new structure will strengthen our culture through improved alignment, communication, and employee engagement. Lastly, it provides greater scale and capacity, positioning DISA for sustained future growth.
We are incredibly grateful for your dedication and hard work. Your adaptability, resilience, and commitment to excellence make DISA a truly outstanding organization.
Thank you for being part of this exciting journey, and we look forward to working together to build an even brighter future for DISA.
One Team, One Future, One DISA
