Work Space Update

Team DISA,

We'd like to share some important updates regarding our workspaces. As we continue to adapt to a changing business landscape, it's essential for us to be agile and forward-thinking. With this in mind, we've made several decisions to optimize our office spaces, fostering collaboration, efficiency, and flexibility for our teams.

1. Houma, LA Collection Site:

We're on the move! On September 11, our Houma location relocated just 3 minutes down the street. This new space is not only bigger but also offers more parking. With the added space, we're thrilled to announce that we'll be able to provide additional services and perform collections at a faster pace. This move is a testament to our commitment to enhancing the experience for both our staff and those we serve.

2. Harahan, LA Collection Site:

The Harahan site closed its doors on October 2, but our dedicated staff from Harahan will continue their journey with DISA. Some will be joining our Norco, LA collection site, while others will be part of our on-site collection team. We're excited about this transition, as it allows our seasoned employees to serve in areas with growing demand.

3. University Services Office - Philadelphia, PA:

Our University Services team has always been at the forefront of embracing flexibility. Given the less frequent use of the office over the last few years, we are transitioning most of this team to local remote. This move aligns with our commitment to supporting work flexibility, ensuring our team can deliver their best from wherever they are. We are exploring a shared office space for them to meet in-person once or twice a month as the business determines necessary. More details to come!

4. Palmer Office - Palmer, MA:

Lastly, our teams in Palmer, MA will also be transitioning to a fully remote work environment. This includes DISA Compliance Monitoring, as well as members from our GSD, Transportation Customer Support, and Licensing & Permitting teams.

In conclusion, these changes reflect our dedication to creating an environment that supports growth, collaboration, and adaptability. We're confident that these moves will pave the way for even greater success, employee flexibility, and a stronger work-life balance in the future.

Thank you for your continued dedication and hard work. Together, we'll continue to thrive and adapt in this ever-evolving business landscape.
