As announced a few months ago, we are transitioning from working in two separate Human Resources Information Systems (Ceridian Dayforce and Paycom) to one - the Workday platform. We're excited about this transition because it allows us to enhance many HR processes. Implementing this new platform also requires considerable time and effort, particularly from our HR team, as it is a crucial step in our evolution as a company.
We aim to leverage this new technology to create a comprehensive, efficient, and effective program that strongly supports employee growth, aligns with our company's evolving needs, and is a valued process throughout DISA. Our first focus of the Workday deployment is the fundamentals: core HR data, payroll, time tracking, benefits, absence management, and recruiting. Workday Talent Management programs like Performance Management, Learning, and Development are slated to be configured and go live in the second half of 2024 or early 2025. There is much more to come as we get closer to that exciting step.
