Project Templates
Our Middle Office uses Projects and Project Templates to manage all variations of pay and bill rules. A Project is a job where a candidate is placed and a Project Template is a set of predefined tasks that can be assigned to the candidate once he is assigned to a Project. There can be multiple candidates against a project.
Worksite Management
A project can be associated with multiple worksites to capture information on a candidate who is working on the same project in the same role but in multiple locations. It is configurable and allows further granularity for recording time, timesheet approval, and invoicing.
Payroll
TargetRecruit will take your approved timesheets that have not been processed and create a file that can be imported into your payroll provider. We can also offer this integration real-time.

There are four different report formats available: Tabular, Summary, Matrix & Joined.
Row Level Formulas
Users have the ability to total or average values on rows.
Summary Formulas
These can handle complex calculations for all summary levels. Example: If you want to understand what clients have contributed the greatest amount of revenue this year, you can simply add columns/fields with the values for total revenue, group them by Account, and then summarize to display the percentage each account has contributed.
Joined Reports
Joined reports combine two reports with different report types within a single view. For example, you can show account details in block 1, and related jobs or opportunities in block 2. Joined reports can add up to 3 into a single view.
