Our story begins in Amsterdam

In 2009, Harm Voogt and Job van der Weijden founded Validata Group in Amsterdam and was later joined by Bart Bijkerk. From the start, their vision was clear: employment screening, with personal attention for clients and candidates. That approach made Validata the screening partner of banks, hospitals, law firms and accountancy firms across Europe.

In 2024, the US-based DISA Global Solutions acquired Validata. Together, we combine the local knowledge we grew up with and the reach of an international organisation, with offices in the United States, the Netherlands, Sweden and Germany. For you, that means a partner who knows your market and can support you wherever you operate.

Our Data Protection Officer (DPO) ensures that we comply with all national and international privacy legislation, and our process is GDPR compliant. We store personal data within the EU. DISA is ISO-certified (27001 and 9001), for a process and service built around quality.
