Occupational health plays a critical role throughout the employee lifecycle, beginning with pre-hire evaluations and continuing through long-term employee wellbeing and retention. This webinar will explore how organizations can integrate occupational health strategies into hiring practices, workplace safety initiatives, and employee support programs to build a healthier, more productive workforce. Participants will gain insight into best practices for pre-employment health considerations, regulatory compliance, injury prevention, and retention-focused wellness initiatives that support both employees and organizational success.
