I did not receive an email invitation to my background check. How do I log on?
Initial invitation emails are generated by Centene, not DISA.
Occasionally there is a delay between an offer and the emailing of a background check initiation link.
Follow these steps:
1.) Check your Spam folders.
2.) If the initial email was not opened, you will receive a new invitation email within 24 hours.
3.) Contact Centene's "AskHR team" at 1-833-462-7547 or Centene Talent Acquisition. DISA cannot send a link to initiate a background check.
