Our application is fully optimised for desktop, mobile devices, and tablets. This enables candidates worldwide to complete their screening anytime and from anywhere.

How do you request a screening in our software?

  • Step 1: Login

    To request a screening, your organisation logs into our application using a personal username and password.

  • Step 2: Select a screening profile

    Next, your organisation selects the appropriate screening profile for the candidate. This ensures that the screening matches the position, associated responsibilities, and potential risks.

  • Step 3: Enter candidate information

    To initiate the screening, only the candidate’s name, email address, and phone number need to be entered. In this step, you can also define the candidate’s time zone and preferred language.

  • Step 4: Candidate provides information

    The candidate then automatically receives an email from DISA containing their personal login credentials. Using these credentials, they can log into the system and complete the screening process.

    Throughout the process, candidates can clearly see which information is still required, where action is needed, and which details are currently being verified by our data partners.

  • Step 5: Screening is processed

    Once the candidate has submitted all required information, DISA begins the verification process as quickly as possible together with our data partners.

    In some cases, information may need to be corrected or resubmitted, for example if an identity document was scanned incorrectly. In such cases, the candidate will automatically receive an email with further instructions.

  • Step 6: Screening is completed

    Once all screening components have been completed, both the organisation and the candidate receive an email from DISA informing them that the screening report is available for download.

    The report contains all completed checks and their corresponding results. For improved clarity, the outcomes are visualised using a traffic light system.

DISA’s screening software offers organisations a wide range of customisation options. Together with DISA, your organisation can tailor and configure its own environment according to specific requirements.
