Effective July 3, 2023, DISA Global Solutions has successfully acquired SIGNUM Consulting GmbH, one of Germany's leading companies in compliance and risk management.
This acquisition is a key move supporting our strategic international growth plan. Further, it solidifies DISA's position as a global provider of pre-employment background screening and risk & compliance management solutions.
2022 was a remarkable year for DISA, highlighted by strong financial performance and transformative acquisitions that have propelled us into the next phase of our growth trajectory. As part of that next phase, we are pleased to share some exciting and important news regarding the evolution of DISA Global Solutions. With our continued growth and expanding suite of products and services, our organizational structure must adapt accordingly. Therefore, we will transition from our current service line/business unit model to a more traditional organization structure led by functional C-level leaders across the One DISA team.
So far DISA has paid out more than $23,000 in referral bonuses to 40 Non-Sales and Non-FAR employees in Q2 among 151 referrals!

Over time, we look forward to offering our full suite of background screening services to their franchisees.
Integrity Trade Services – Integrity Trade Services, is a leading national staffing agency that provides the best jobs and more, all across the country. We were able to leverage our partnership with Bullhorn to provide a fully integrated solution.
Canal Barge – Canal Barge Company is a marine transportation company that moves highly valuable cargo to virtually every part of the world. Canal Barge is using Crimcheck’s integration with Workday.
Aspirion - Technology-enabled healthcare revenue cycle management (“RCM”) provider for complex claims and revenue integrity, acquired Continuum Health Solutions, a motor vehicle accident (MVA) and third-party liability (TPL) revenue cycle management company. Aspirion was a referral from our Hiringthing white label partner Prime Pay.
