We have another reason to celebrate at DISA!

DISA has been named a 2026 Top Workplace for Remote Work, a national U.S. recognition based on feedback from the people who know our workplace best: our employees.

Celebrating the Flexibility That Keeps Us Connected

Flexibility is a big part of how we work at DISA. In fact, more than 75% of our employees work either fully remote or in a hybrid arrangement.

With team members working across locations, functions, and time zones, staying connected takes collaboration, communication, trust, and a willingness to support one another, wherever we happen to be working.

That team ethic is precisely why this award is worth celebrating. It’s not something we applied for, nor a recognition given by an executive panel. Rather, DISA employees confidentially shared their perspectives about their workplace experience. Those responses were then independently evaluated as part of the national recognition process.

In other words, our employees made this award possible.

A Growing List of Reasons to Celebrate

This latest honor joins a growing collection of Top Workplaces recognitions that DISA has earned through employee feedback, including the following:

  • Top Workplaces honors in Houston for 4 consecutive years (2022–2025)
  • Top Workplaces honors in Philadelphia for 4 consecutive years (2022–2025)
  • Top Workplaces Northeast Ohio for both 2022 and 2026
  • Top Workplaces Cultural Excellence in Work-Life Balance Award (2023)
  • 7 Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Awards (2026):
    • Employee Appreciation
    • Employee Well-Being
    • Innovation
    • Professional Development
    • Purpose & Values
    • Remote Work
    • Work-Life Flexibility

This national Remote Work honor brings DISA’s announced Top Workplaces recognition total to 18 awards since 2022.

We’re proud of this milestone, and it belongs to everyone who has helped make DISA a great place to work.

We’re Still Building

Whether our employees work from a DISA location, from home, or a little bit of both, we want people to feel connected to their teams, supported in the work they do, and empowered to make an impact.

And to this end, every survey response, conversation, idea, and shared experience helps us continue shaping that workplace.
