He has more than a decade of experience overseeing the daily compliance and regulation functions related to pre-employment law. He interprets complex legislation, guidelines, and recommendations and presents them to DISA and their customers in an appropriate context for simple comprehension. He led DISA’s successful Professional Background Screener Association Accreditation application and oversaw the review of our program by the third-party auditor. When not working, Morgan enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and traveling.
