DISA Global Solutions vendor partner, Concentra, is now offering Electronic Custody and Control Form (eCCF) capabilities for DOT drug testing. Concentra, one of the largest collection site networks in the nation, operates more than 310 Occupational Health Clinics throughout the US.

An eCCF functions the same way as a manual form but offers added benefits to help improve the Chain of Custody process. The biggest difference: Reduces the hassle of paper. Instead of having to manually fill out the forms, web-based wizard driven walkthroughs will guide users through the required steps. As a result, collector and provider errors can be drastically reduced. In fact, our users have seen up to a 25% improvement in turnaround times when utilizing eCCFs.

“An eCCF ensures best practices for each form as well as a more secure distribution,” says Chris Ashley, DISA drug testing director. “Concentra’s newly implemented capabilities will allow our clients to start taking advantage of a more seamless and error-free process.”
