DISA Global Solutions continues to expand its geographic reach, expertise, and depth of services through strategic acquisition. Effective October 1, 2018, DISA has acquired Occupational Drug Testing, LLC (ODT). This transaction significantly enhances DISA’s scope of mobile capabilities as well as aligning a complementary service offering to the DISA portfolio.

Since ODT’s establishment in 1994, their mission has always been to provide employers with services that help improve the quality and productivity of their workforce while making their communities safer. ODT is located in Manchester and has additional mobile collection units located in states throughout the Northeast, including Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. This strategic acquisition expands DISA’s geographical footprint and increases DISA’s mobile fleet to 30 units.

ODT’s COO, John Quintal said, “This is truly an ideal partnership with DISA. I’m confident that, between their strong commitment to customer services and array of solutions, ODT's customers will continue to receive the highest level of service possible. We’re excited to join the DISA team, and we look forward to offering our valued customers an even wider array of employee screening services”

John Peterson, DISA’S CEO stated, “The acquisition of ODT immediately expands DISA’s geographic presence and coverage throughout the Northeastern region of the country. We now have the ability to better serve our customers by deploying additional mobile units to their locations or job sites for purposes of convenience and reducing employee downtime. This transaction complements DISA’s scope of services and further enhances our ability to directly and compliantly manage the entire supply chain from sample collection through result reporting. We welcome ODT’s dedicated team of experienced professionals and look forward to working with them to best serve our collective customers.”
