DISA, an industry-leading employee screening services company, announces the recent hire of Richard Patterson as Chief Technology Officer. Rich comes to DISA after 17 years of management experience with Halliburton, which includes his most recent position as Technology Director, Software Engineering.
DISA Global Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of employee screening and safety services, announced the recent hire of Richard Patterson, who will join DISA’s team as Chief Technology Officer. Rich has over 20 years’ experience building and leading high-performance software product organizations.
Rich’s professional background includes 17 years of management experience with Halliburton. During his most recent position within Halliburton as Technology Director, Software Engineering, he and his team delivered advanced scientific and engineering solutions that resulted in significant growth of the company’s overall product portfolio.

Rich holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geology from San Jose State University and completed coursework requirements toward a M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Colorado. He is also a graduate of the Business Leadership Development (BLD) executive management program at Texas A&M.
