DISA Global Solutions (DISA) has completed another strategic acquisition in our Transportation Compliance Division. On April 1, 2019, DISA acquired Motion Picture Compliance Solutions, Inc. (MPCS), a national transportation compliance organization whose team of experts developed a comprehensive, accessible, and dynamically flexible compliance platform with special focus on the motion picture, commercial and digital media industries.

DISA leverages AI and machine learning to enhance background screening, improve hiring efficiency, and streamline workforce compliance.

DISA continues to pursue new opportunities to expand its reach, add industry-leading subject matter experts, and expand our scope of services for our customers. We’re pleased to announce that after acquiring ten companies in 2018, DISA Global Solutions has started off 2019 with two more acquisitions: The Transportation Advisor and EGS Financial Investigative Services (FIS).

DISA Global Solutions continues to expand its geographic reach, expertise, and depth of services through strategic acquisitions. Effective December 3, 2018, DISA has acquired International Drug Detection, LLC (IDD). This transaction advances our mobile and onsite collection capabilities and bolsters our coverage along the Gulf Coast and throughout the Gulf of Mexico.

DISA Global Solutions (DISA) continues to expand its capacity, expertise, and services with another strategic acquisition. Effective November 1, 2018, DISA has acquired Advanced Workplace Strategies, Inc. (AWSI), an industry-leading employee and applicant screening company. This transaction further strengthens DISA’s market-leading position in the energy sector.

DISA Global Solutions continues to expand its geographic reach, expertise, and depth of services through strategic acquisition. Effective October 1, 2018, DISA has acquired Occupational Drug Testing, LLC (ODT). This transaction significantly enhances DISA’s scope of mobile capabilities as well as aligning a complementary service offering to the DISA portfolio.

In 2018, DISA Global Solutions was ranked first among drug testing third-party administrators, and its subsidiary, University Services, was recognized as the top Medical Review Officer in brand recognition for the third consecutive year.

We’re pleased to announce that our very own VP of Product Strategy and Development, Steven Spencer, has been appointed to the American Trucking Associations (ATA) Safety Policy Committee. Becoming a member of the committee, Spencer will contribute to the work ATA provides on driver, carrier, and occupational safety and health issues.
