Each year the Current Consulting Group (CCG) conducts two surveys: The Drug Testing Industry Survey (March) and the Drug Testing Employer Survey (October). Since 2020, DISA also ranked as the top TPA in the Employer Survey, making that three consecutive years in a row. DISA is the only TPA to rank #1 in both the industry-leading Employer Survey and Drug Testing Industry Survey! About the Surveys
The Drug Testing Industry Survey invites personnel from the industry (labs, manufacturers, MROs, TPAs, etc.) to share their insights about any industry trends, how the industry is doing, and more. In addition to ranking first for TPAs, when asked to name the top three brand names in collection sites in 2020, DISA again ranks as a top five provider along with brands that have dominated the collection site industry like Quest Diagnostics and Concentra.
In addition to the Drug Testing Industry Survey, CCG also conducts an Employer Survey geared towards end-users like the Designated Employee Representative (DER) that manages employee screening programs. This adds additional insight as to where DISA ranks among this different audience.
