General questions about the name change
We understand that change can raise questions. The core elements of Validata, such as conducting screenings with care, continuous innovation, and a focus on client satisfaction, remain just as important.
This acquisition means that from the 1st of July 2025, we will no longer be called Validata, but DISA Global Solutions. This name change also includes a change in contact details, branding, website, and other communications. It is therefore important that we inform you properly about this.
Validata’s goal has always been to become the market leader in Europe. Through this acquisition, we have become significantly stronger internationally, as we now have more knowledge and resources to serve our international clients even better and, if desired, expand into other countries.
No, the service you are used to will remain the same. DISA Global Solutions considers Validata’s team and software as the foundation for its products and services outside the United States. From Stockholm, we will continue to be responsible for our own services.
From the 1st of July 2025, we will continue as DISA Global Solutions. Additionally, our new website will go live on July 1st, 2025. If you visit the Validata website after this date, you will automatically be redirected to the new website. Naturally, we will fully adopt the branding of DISA Global Solutions.
Yes, organisationally, very little will change. However, please note that your contact person will receive a new email address. You will be informed about this via email.
We recommend doing so. Depending on the information you currently provide about Validata to candidates and employees, it is advisable to start communicating this change in a timely manner. We will support you by providing information, links, and, if necessary, a new logo.
It is important to communicate the name change internally to the stakeholders and update the recruitment/onboarding process where applicable.
Additionally, any communications that mention Validata should be updated accordingly. This includes onboarding email, factsheets, job postings, and internal applications (i.e., MijnDSI), etc.
Validata provides communication materials to update your internal and external communications, such as factsheets and logos. As soon as these are available, you can download them here:
Questions about services and operations

The name change only affects the new contracts, which will have the new company name. Existing contracts remain unchanged. The Company Registration number remains the same.
Questions about the screening software – Valluga
