What are we looking for?

For our Swedish office we are looking for a proactive and versatile SEO specialist who thrives in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You enjoy diving into both content creation and technical analysis, while also taking the lead in projects like local events to build brand awareness. With strong communication skills, a commercial mindset, and a knack for organization, you confidently juggle multiple priorities and collaborate across teams to drive results.

Does working as a SEO specialist at a young, ambitious and international company sound exciting to you? Then keep reading!

What will you do

In short, this role focuses on driving SEO performance and brand visibility in the Swedish market through a mix of content creation, technical analysis, and strategic collaboration. From optimizing search rankings to organizing impactful events, you play a key role in building awareness and achieving measurable growth.

A typical Tuesday at the office for you might start with a freshly brewed cappuccino from the barista (oat milk or regular, your choice), followed by writing a new piece of content based on the right keywords. You’ll have a short meeting with our online agency based in the Netherlands, who also acts as your sparring partner. Together, you can discuss next steps and ensure KPIs are met each quarter. Time for a second cup of coffee while diving into technical analysis. The Swedish website will increasingly become your domain. What are the results from last month? Where is the focus for this quarter? And where do you see opportunities to rank even better in Google?

After a nice lunch or stroll around the city, you’re checking your planning again. There is one meeting planned in the afternoon. Namely, a SEO/SEA brainstorming session with a colleague from our headquarters in Amsterdam. How can we strengthen our cooperation? Together, you plan the actions for the rest of the month. It’s time for you last task of the day. As we have to build brand awareness in Sweden, you’re working closely with Sales to organize an event focused on employment screening. You’re thinking about invites, coordinating the guest list, selecting a venue, and aligning with partners and speakers. What promotional content do we need to create before, during and after the event? How to use the event to strengthen our position in the Swedish market? Time to log out, tomorrow’s another day!

DISA Who?

We are DISA International, the market leader in Employment Screening. We believe that a company’s success is determined by the people it hires. That’s why we built an application that ensures our clients (from Vattenfall,  and Crane Currency to Carla) have a better understanding of who will be working for them. We operate at the intersection of recruitment/HR and compliance/risk management, a market offering many opportunities. This led us to recently open a second office in Stockholm, with plans for further expansion in Europe and beyond.

As of February 1, 2024, we are part of DISA Global Solutions. Headquartered in Houston, DISA is a leading provider of compliance and security solutions, specializing in comprehensive employee screening solutions, including employment screening and drug testing. This presents many opportunities for us to grow globally. Exciting!

Facts about DISA:

  • Validata was founded in 2009 by Harm, Bart, and Job, and acquired by DISA in 2024.
  • Validata rebranded to DISA International in 2025.
  • DISA International has a team of about 60 people.
  • We are expanding internationally, which involves controlled chaos. So strap in.
  • Our culture is open and direct. We are professional and results-oriented, but also informal and casual.
  • Everyone who works at DISA undergoes a pre-employment screening (practice what you preach) and a taster day.
