What are we looking for?

For our Swedish office we are looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager. In this role you are responsible for the acquisition of new clients (80%), implementing our state of the art software solution (10%) and, where necessary support the Business Development Manager with managing the relationship we have with our current clients ao. Vattenfall, Crane Currency, Carla (10%).

 

What will you do

In short, this role focuses on driving client acquisition and supporting growth in the Swedish market through proactive sales outreach, smooth software implementation, and close collaboration with existing clients. From identifying new opportunities to delivering tailored demos and supporting strategic relationships, you play a key role in expanding our presence and achieving measurable impact.

A typical Tuesday at the office for you might start with a freshly brewed cappuccino from the barista (oat milk or regular, your choice), followed by preparing for a sales call with a potential client in the public sector. You’ll have a short meeting with our Business Development Manager based in the Netherlands, who also acts as your sparring partner. Together, you can discuss next steps in the pipeline and ensure monthly targets are on track. Time for a second cup of coffee while updating your CRM notes and reviewing the onboarding flow for a new client who recently signed.

After a nice lunch or stroll around the city, you’re checking your planning again. There is one meeting planned in the afternoon. Namely, a strategy session with a colleague from our headquarters in Amsterdam. How can we strengthen our local sales approach and align with our marketing efforts? Together, you plan the actions for the rest of the month. It’s time for your last task of the day. The Swedish market will increasingly become your domain. Which sectors show growth potential? How can we tailor our approach to speak to local needs? And which organisations could benefit most from our employment screening solution? Time to log out, tomorrow’s another day!

What do you bring?

  • Bachelor degree/ Sales Education;
  • Experienced sales person, experience in an international environment, preferably concerning technical (software) products, ideally in the HR domain;
  • You are driven in cold acquisition;
  • Proven track record in planning and managing sales and strategies for an account;
  • You have strong account management-, sales- and negotiation skills;
  • You are highly motivated and disciplined;
  • You have strong customer relationship skills;
  • You are proactive and take initiative in your field of expertise;
  • Excellent command of the Swedish and English languages, both verbally and in writing.
