From manual processes to a scalable end-to-end solution
Before partnering with DISA, Carla managed background checks, driving licence checks, and alcohol and drug testing through multiple suppliers and manual processes. This created unnecessary bottlenecks and placed a significant administrative burden on the organisation. When asked what has changed the most compared with the previous process, Filippa Bengtsson highlights one key improvement:
Previously, booking alcohol and drug tests required manual coordination with each candidate. Thanks to the drop-in option, we now have a much more flexible and efficient process that both reduces administration and improves the candidate experience.
Carla also highlights that the need for internal coordination between different suppliers has been significantly reduced, while the recruitment process has become faster and more consistent.
