In 2024, Validata Group was acquired by DISA Global Solutions, and Validata Group Sweden AB will continue under its new name ‘DISA Global Solutions AB’ on the 1st of July 2025.

We can imagine that this may raise questions. That’s why we’ve answered as many questions as possible already. Please contact your contact person if your questions are not answered.

General questions about the name change

As a result of this acquisition, our company name will change from Validata to DISA, effective 1 July 2025. This name change will also include updates to our contact details, branding, website, and other forms of communication. We will ensure that you are properly informed about these changes in a timely manner.

Validata’s goal has always been to become the market leader in Europe. Through this acquisition, we have become significantly stronger internationally, as we now have more knowledge and resources to serve our international clients even better and, if desired, expand into other countries.

 

No, all existing contracts, agreements and cooperation agreements remain unchanged. The change is purely a name and branding update and has no impact on our operational processes.

From the 1st of July 2025, we will continue as DISA Global Solutions. Additionally, our new website will go live on July 1st, 2025. If you visit the Validata website after this date, you will automatically be redirected to the new website. Naturally, we will fully adopt the branding of DISA Global Solutions.

Yes, organisationally, very little will change. However, please note that your contact person will receive a new email address. You will be informed about this via email.

We ask you to change our name and email addresses in their records and communications to DISA Global Solutions once the rebranding is officially implemented (by 1 July 2025).

It is important to communicate the name change internally to the stakeholders and update the recruitment/onboarding process where applicable.

Additionally, any communications that mention Validata should be updated accordingly. This includes onboarding email, factsheets, job postings, and internal applications (i.e., MijnDSI), etc.

Questions about services and operations

Absolutely. We will not only offer exactly the same services, but they will also be expanded with additional international options, checks, and services.

No, all systems will remain operational as before. Any technical updates, such as domain name changes, will be communicated in advance.

 

The name change only affects the new contracts, which will have the new company name. Existing contracts remain unchanged. The Company Registration number remains the same.

Yes, this is continuously being developed. As a result of the acquisition and name change, we will be able to offer even more internationally.

 

 

Questions about the screening software – Valluga

No, Valluga will not be replaced. It will, however, be referred to differently after our name change. That will be DISAInternational, shortly.

The current login link will continue to work. If you wish to share the link or update it in your communications, you can use this NEW Valluga login link

A direct connection to the Validata API remains possible. All API endpoints/URL’s remain what they are now.

You can contact your regular contact person or our support department.

Keep an eye on your email. All important information will be emailed to you. If you have any questions, you can always contact your contact person.

There will be no changes to invoicing, except for our organisational details (such as: company name, email, logo). We request to change company name and email. DISA Global Solutions (Validatagroup AB is still our legal name). The email address for invoicing is: administratie@emea.disa.com

Yes, our email addresses will change to @emea.disa.com and @global.disa.com. During a transition period, old e-mail addresses will remain active and will be automatically forwarded to the new addresses.

If our name appears in your documents or systems, please change it to DISA Global Solutions by 1 July 2025.

Questions about DISA Global Solutions

From July 1, 2025, we will be known as DISA Global Solutions.

DISA helps navigate the increasingly complex laws surrounding employee screening, create smarter compliance programmes, and improve workplace health and safety.

More international services, combined with local expertise and presence in other countries, with a ‘global’ approach.

 

 

Compliance and regulatory questions

Yes, our highest priority remains ensuring that we continue to comply with all laws and regulations at all times. The data of our clients – and candidates – will not be accessible to individuals or systems from the U.S. or outside of Europe. DISA guarantees that European (and local) regulations and legislation will continue to apply in order to ensure compliance & effective data protection.

No, the existing processes and policies regarding data protection, services, agreements for processing client data, and server hosting will remain the same. Additionally, new screening checks will be introduced in the future.

No, we will continue to operate according to strict standards within our certifications. Our certifications (ISO9001, ISO27001:2022) remain fully applicable. The Assurance Report ISAE3000 type II also remains in effect and content unchanged, as does the Data Privacy Agreement. DISA, therefore, does not need to be assessed as a new supplier.

Apart from the change in name, there will be no changes to the privacy statement.

 

 

Important legal notes on the rebranding in Sweden

  1. Only the company name will change to DISA GLOBAL SOLUTIONS AB, everything else such as the Company registration number, remains the same.

  2. There is no merger, no acquisition.

  3. All existing screening agreements with Validata Sweden AB will remain as is. Only upon renewal or when closing a NEW contract, the new company name shall feature in the contract.
