We've answered several common questions we get from our customers below.
All drug tests will typically report within 24-72 hours once received at the lab. You can log in to DISA360 to review results once reported.
Any account updates must be made via email to:
DISA Transportation Compliance (DTC) Clients: DTCCS@DISA.com.
Email them to DTCCS@disa.com or fax them to 877-9-DTCFAX (877-938-2329). We will link all documents to the employee’s record in compliance with DOT record-keeping requirements.
No, please forward the invoice to DTCCS@disa.com or fax them to 877-9-DTCFAX (877-938-2329). DISA will pay the clinic directly as you may have already been invoiced for the collection/clinic fee.
DTC Customer Service is available from 7 am-8 pm ET, Monday thru Friday.
Outside of these operating hours, we provide after-hours/post-accident service.
