When are quarterly submissions due?
Quarterly submission deadlines are as follows:
- January 30
- April 30
- July 30
- October 30
I've received an audit request, how long do I have to submit it?
All initial audits are required to be submitted within 7 days of receiving an email request.
I forgot my account password, how can I reset it?

Can we use other contractors to perform PHMSA covered functions or FMCSA safety-sensitive functions?
Yes, but your company would still need an account in DCM. Additionally, your company would be listed as a (SUB ONLY) contractor and you would list the subcontractors in your 'manage account' section that would be performing the functions for the owner/operator.
