New Name – Same Relationships, Office, and Tools
On Jan. 1, 2021, MPCS officially changed our name to DISA Entertainment Compliance Solutions (DECS).
Since our acquisition in 2019, DISA has been a truly remarkable ally behind the scenes for MPCS and our partners. We are grateful that DISA places an absolute priority on the partner experience. With their support, we are able to leverage their larger operational teams and expertise to expand our services, provide better experiences for our partners, enhance our security beyond industry standards, provide faster turnaround times, and maintain the same velocity you have become accustomed to over the years. Essentially, DISA has equipped us with a larger sail to navigate storms like COVID-19 better, and they have ensured that we will be "a partner you know and trust" for a long time to come.
We want to personally assure you that your experience, and our promise, remain a top focus for all of us, from our leadership down to every team member. Our team, phone numbers, and primary points of contact will not change. Furthermore, San Fernando will continue to be the DECS operational headquarters.
We also want to emphasize that we will continue the future development of our various platforms (D3, MAPP, and FLEET) to meet your evolving needs under the DISA brand. While we will be renaming our company, applications, processes, and how you interact with us are not changing.
We do not make this change lightly. MPCS was founded by entertainment transportation experts to address specific challenges that the entertainment industry was facing and the struggle to comply with the FMCSRs (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations) and their state equivalents. Complying with these regulations looked more like a 'square peg in a round hole' than a long-term solution. These challenges were why we started MPCS and why we continue to leverage our partners' expertise across all of our products for peak performance and ease of use. We appreciate everyone for trusting us on this journey. We promise to always act in our partners' best interests and continue meeting your highest expectations under our new name.
