John Peterson is the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of DISA Global Solutions. He leverages his extensive repertoire of management, operations, client service, business development, and strategic planning skills to effectively navigate DISA toward our key objectives. Since 2016, he has led DISA to significant growth and expansion.
Prior to DISA, John held several executive positions that honed his leadership and business management capabilities. His tenure includes serving as Executive Vice President of the Toxicology Division at Abbott, and President of Kroll Laboratory Specialist. His experience, diverse skillset, and ability to navigate complex business landscapes have made him the driving force behind DISA’s continued success.
John's business acumen is rooted in his academic background. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Louisiana State University, which provided him with a comprehensive understanding of business principles and laid the foundation for his distinguished career. With over 30 years of relevant industry experience, John has consistently demonstrated a proven track record of success, showcasing his expertise in M&A and strategic development. Throughout his career, he’s successfully completed numerous acquisitions delivering innovation, service, and geographic expansion, and accelerated growth.
John is known for his employee and client-centric focus and growth mindset. He’s consistently contributed to business expansion and improved market positioning for each organization where he has worked. Dan Watanapongse serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at DISA Global Solutions, bringing over 25 years of experience in senior financial and operational leadership roles across diverse industry segments, including industrial, healthcare, and wealth management. Dan’s strategic and growth-oriented mindset has helped organizations achieve transformative milestones through multifaceted revenue growth, operational excellence, and innovative approaches to financial strategy.
Before joining DISA, Dan was the CFO at Hightower Advisors, a leading RIA wealth management firm. In his prior company, he served as President at healthcare technology firm, Intelligent Medical Objects (IMO). Prior to IMO, Dan was SVP and CFO at Sotera Health. Earlier in his career, Dan held senior roles within Fortune 500 companies, SPX, Bosch, and Sears Holdings, across corporate, segment, and operating business roles. Dan has also held progressive management positions with Deloitte and Arthur Andersen in their M&A and Audit Assurance groups.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Accounting Concentration from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. Known by his peers for his collaborative and forward-thinking leadership, he is passionate about aligning cross-functional teams to achieve meaningful business outcomes. He is excited to contribute to DISA’s growth by driving financial strategies that enhance client experiences, innovation, and long-term success.
A longtime Chicagoland resident who has also lived in Germany and the Carolinas during his career, he enjoys spending time with his family and cheering on their pursuits, traveling to see different cultures, and getting outdoors on a sunny day.
Chief Financial Officer
Amber Dossey serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at DISA Global Solutions, leading the Human Resources & Payroll functions focused on driving business results through talent management and employee engagement.
Prior to joining DISA in 2021, Amber most recently served as the Vice President for Human Resources for PureCircle, Ltd., a global stevia company. Based in Malaysia and Chicago, Amber led the HR & Payroll functions across a dozen global locations.
The bulk of her HR career has focused on international HR leadership within the Oil & Gas industry. She held a succession of increasingly responsible positions across the spectrum of HR functions at Baker Hughes and Marathon Oil, focusing on HR business partnering, compensation & workforce planning. She then joined Newfield Exploration as a Human Resources Manager based in Houston, TX, and subsequently in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Following the sale of Newfield Malaysia assets, Amber transitioned to support strategic HR initiatives within SapuraKencana Petroleum.
Amber started her career serving in the US Army as a Military Intelligence Officer stationed at Fort Stewart, GA.
Amber holds an MBA from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science degree focused on Psychology and Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. She has earned various HR certifications throughout her career, including SHRM-SCP, GPHR, SPHR, and HCS. Amber earned a Certificate in Global Oil & Gas Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and completed the Leadership Development Program through the Center for Creative Leadership, where she is also a certified assessor.
Amber currently resides in Katy, Texas, with her husband of almost 28 years- Matt; their youngest son- Beckett, a rising high school senior; and their dog- Sadie. Their eldest son- Max, graduated from Furman University and currently lives in Greenville, South Carolina. As a family, they enjoy traveling and scuba diving around the world.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Vikas Vig is a highly accomplished leader with a diverse professional background and a track record of success. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at DISA Global Solutions, Vikas brings a wealth of experience in leadership, strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and business transformation.
Before DISA, Vikas held vital positions in notable organizations. He served as the COO at Corsearch, where he played a pivotal role in driving business growth through M&A, client-focused business transformation, and platform consolidation. Vikas also held multiple Executive roles at Sterling Check, including Chief Fulfillment Officer, EVP - M&A Integrations, and EVP - Global Operations. His leadership skills, strategic mindset, and ability to drive operational efficiency were instrumental in achieving organizational goals and expanding the company's global footprint.
With a solid educational foundation, Vikas completed the Advanced Management Program in Leadership, Strategy, and Management from The Wharton School. He also holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Mumbai.

Colin Woods is the Chief Strategy Officer at DISA Global Solutions, where his unique blend of operations management, strategic planning, and leadership skills has significantly contributed to the organization's growth and success. With over two decades of experience at DISA, Colin has played a pivotal role in defining and implementing the company's strategic vision.
Before assuming his current role, Colin wore multiple hats at DISA, serving as the GM of Energy and VP of Sales, where he honed his skills in business development, and sales management. His tenure at DISA has allowed him to lead direct sales, manage operations, negotiate contracts, and oversee recruitment, showcasing his multifaceted talent.
Colin earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management from The University of Kansas School of Business. His educational background has been the backbone of his impressive career, propelling him to consistently demonstrate exceptional leadership and become an expert in the energy industry.

Rajamani Rajaram is the Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) at DISA Global Solutions. He’s an accomplished executive with a strong background in strategic planning, IT products and enterprise solutions, quality & regulatory compliance, business process optimization, and mergers & acquisitions in Healthcare, Toxicology, and Supply chain industries. Rajamani has held key leadership positions at reputable organizations throughout his career, driving impactful global initiatives and achieving remarkable results.
In his prior position as the President & CEO of PRSM360 Consulting, Rajamani demonstrated his exceptional leadership abilities by providing large corporate clients with strategic guidance and consulting services. His cross-functional team leadership, product strategy, and program management expertise ensured successful project execution and client satisfaction. Additionally, Rajamani's tenure as Vice President of IT at Abbott and Vice President of IT at Alere, Inc. showcased his proficiency in strategic planning, product innovation, and digital transformation in healthcare and toxicology, where his ability to analyze business & market requirements and devise effective strategies led to the successful implementation of IT solutions and enhanced operational efficiency. Revell Fraser is a seasoned leader, currently serving as the Chief Client Success Officer (CCSO) at DISA Global Solutions. With an impressive track record spanning various industries, Revell brings deep expertise in business strategy, talent acquisition, sales, and client management to DISA.
Prior to assuming this pivotal role at DISA, Revell held several executive-level positions where his leadership approach, financial acumen, and ability to foster meaningful connections with employees, clients, and investors proved invaluable in delivering solid results. During his tenure as the Chief Client Officer at Global HR Research, Revell solidified his position as a key leader and trusted client advocate. Before his time with GHRR, Revell provided strategic consulting services in the electronic commerce, manufacturing, and insurance services industries as the President and CEO of Buyers Protection Group, where he spearheaded the organization's growth initiatives, successfully positioning the company as a market leader.

Gary Wiese currently serves as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at DISA Global Solutions. With a strong background in business and revenue strategy, Gary has consistently driven growth and profitability throughout his career and implements his strategies to align with DISA's business objectives.
Prior to his role at DISA Global Solutions, Gary held the position of Vice President, Strategic Clients at First Advantage from 2014 to 2023. During his tenure, he successfully developed and executed innovative solutions and growth strategies, establishing strategic partnerships and fostering key client relationships. His expertise in account management and B2B sales contributed to substantial revenue growth and enhanced market positioning for the organization.
Gary's commitment to excellence is rooted in his educational foundation. He earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business, where he gained a comprehensive understanding of business principles. He further honed his analytical skills during his 10-year tenure with the Economist Group. Chief Revenue Officer
In the role of President, International, Suzie is responsible for globalizing DISA’s international business and clients. She drives the overall strategic direction of DISA for global and multinational clients and is responsible for the company’s international growth strategy across all regions, including organic growth and M&A identification and prioritization. Her strategic oversight of all global clients includes service model design, client satisfaction, profitability, consulting, and innovation development.
Prior to her role at DISA, Suzie held several key positions, showcasing her expertise in global client management and business strategy. Suzie’s most recent background includes global consulting for large information services companies under PE ownership. She has worked over the last few years to build global go-to-market strategies and plans for a variety of clients which focused on developing a global growth model for their businesses. Prior to this, Suzie served as the Chief Global Client Officer at First Advantage where she had executive oversight for all global clients in every region around the world. She was a distinguished member of the executive team that transformed the business which led to a private equity sale from Symphony Technology Group to Silver Lake Partners and then to an IPO.
Suzie built her global experience—over 20 years of leadership—in The Nielsen Company and the Kantar Group. While at Nielsen, she served as the executive architect of a global integration and consulting practice where she led many of Nielsen’s largest global client relationships, working across all continents and a broad spectrum of marketing, consumer and retail strategy challenges. Her experience includes extensive consulting work and on-the-ground execution in over 50 developed and emerging international markets. She was one of the pioneers in developing a global approach and service model for global and multinational clients that is now the standard for multiple information services industries.
With a bachelor's degree in marketing from Miami University, Suzie brings a strong foundation in business and marketing strategy to her role. Her analytical mindset and ability to leverage data-driven insights have been instrumental in shaping successful marketing and growth strategies.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Suzie is also a distinguished member of Chief, an esteemed private think tank dedicated to advancing female executives and C-suite leaders. She is also an Advisor with Gotara, who is building the premier global career network for women in STEM. Suzie spends more than 70% of her time traveling internationally to partner directly with clients around the world. She has three children and lives in Chicago with her family. Suzie is a visionary executive with a proven track record in international business, client management, and strategic growth. Her extensive experience, combined with her commitment to community involvement, makes her a highly respected and influential leader in the industry.

Steven Spencer is an accomplished executive and visionary leader, currently serving as the General Manager of Transportation at DISA Global Solutions. With a wealth of experience in transportation and a strong background in sales, operations management, and business planning and development, Steven has played a pivotal role in driving growth throughout his career.
Prior to his current role at DISA, Steven held several key positions, showcasing his expertise and leadership abilities. As the Vice President of Transportation and Senior Director of Transportation Sales at HireRight, he successfully led cross-functional teams and implemented strategic initiatives that resulted in significant revenue growth and improved strategic direction. Steven's career highlights also include his tenure as a Hybrid Account Manager at USIS Commercial Services Division and an Account Manager at DAC Services. In these roles, he demonstrated his exceptional sales acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to build strong client relationships.

Bobby Gardebled currently serves as Vice President of Operations – Drug & Health Services at DISA Global Solutions. With a strong background in finance and a proven track record of success, Bobby brings a strategic mindset and a wealth of experience to his role.
Bobby has over 35 years of experience in the employment screening industry. Prior to joining DISA, Bobby held various financial positions, from Controller to CFO at Alere Toxicology and its predecessor companies, for almost 30 years. In this capacity, he was instrumental in driving financial growth and optimizing operational efficiencies. His expertise in financial management, budgeting, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic planning contributed to the company's success in a highly regulated industry.
In his current role as VP of Operations – Drug & Health Services at DISA, Bobby leads cross-functional teams in managing our service centers, operations centers, collection site management group, strategic sourcing, as well as various other areas across the enterprise. His keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills enables him to streamline processes, optimize resources and implement solutions for efficient and cost effect workflows.
Bobby attended the University of New Orleans. His dedication to continuous learning, along with his ability to adapt to evolving business landscapes, make him a valuable asset in driving growth and operational excellence.

Brendon Brown is the Vice President of Client Relations at DISA Global Solutions.
