Noel earned a Master of Business Administration focusing on Health Care Administration/Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. His academic background has provided a strong foundation for his professional endeavors. As the Director of Operations at DISA Global Solutions, Inc., Noel oversees the delivery of drug and alcohol testing, occupational health, and safety services to various industries, including industrial, manufacturing, energy, transportation, and construction. He partners with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement innovative solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our clients. Noel’s goal is to provide the best occupational health and safety solutions that protect and empower our workforce.

Noel is renowned for his ability to lead small groups effectively and his commitment to maintaining high standards in product quality and client satisfaction. His involvement in the industry extends beyond his immediate professional responsibilities, engaging in various affiliations that promote community well-being and professional growth. Additionally, Noel is a Certified Medical Office Manager (CMOM) through the Practice Management Institute and holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from SSGI, demonstrating his commitment to process improvement and efficiency.
