DISA processes personal data on the following bases:

4. What personal data does DISA process?
DISA only collects and processes personal data that you provide to us via the contact form on the website, when you sign up for the newsletter, an event or webinar, when you download a white paper or when you have a complaint. In these cases, DISA processes the following data:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Company name
- Position
- Personal data provided through communication with us.
5. For what purposes does DISA process personal data?
DISA processes personal data exclusively for the specific purposes for which it was provided:
- When you have subscribed to the newsletter, we will use your personal data to send you the newsletter periodically. In addition, we may use your data to send you other information that may be of interest to you, such as an invitation to an event, webinar, or current developments.
- When you have filled in our contact form, we will use your personal data to contact you and/or answer your questions.

8. How long will the data be stored?
Your data will be stored for as long as it is necessary for the aforementioned purposes (for example, until you unsubscribe from the newsletter).
