Simple and efficient screening software

DISA's platform works simply and efficiently. After creating an account, you choose a screening profile and fill in the candidate’s contact details. Next, we reach out to the candidate, after which they submit the required data in the platform. Once we have received all the data, the screening process starts.

  • Step 1: Log in

    To request a screening, your organisation must log in to our application with a personal username and password.

  • Step 2: Select a screening profile

    The next step is for the organisation to select the right screening profile for the candidate. This ensures that the profile corresponds with the position of the candidate, associated responsibilities, and risks.

  • Step 3: Enter the candidate’s details

    To request the screening, the organisation only needs to fill in the candidate’s name, email address, and mobile phone number. The time zone and preferred language can also be adjusted during this step.

  • Step 4: Candidate provides information

    The candidate then automatically receives an email from DISA containing their personal login details. This allows the candidate to log in and go through the screening process. Each step of the screening process clearly states what information the candidate needs to provide, where action is still required, and which items are pending verification at our data partners.

  • Step 5: Screening is processed

    Once the candidate has submitted their details, DISA will start the verification process as soon as possible in collaboration with our data partners. The candidate may need to revise certain information during this stage. This is necessary if the scan of the identity document is incorrect, for example. The candidate will then be notified via email with further instructions.

  • Step 6: Screening is complete

    DISA sends an email to the organisation and the candidate after completing the screening components. This email will tell you that the screening report can be downloaded. The screening report contains all the checks conducted and their results. The results are visualised using symbols.

Functionalities of the software

Making the employment screening process as easy as possible for candidates is essential for many employers. That’s why our background screening software features are built with both the employer and candidate in mind.

When a screening is completed, we present a report with the results and objective findings per background check. We offer preliminary insights into the results, i.e., as soon as one check is complete, you can view its status. This way, you can actively monitor the progress of each screening.

DISA provides direct access to employment screening from your current HR or recruitment tools to streamline hiring. Launch employment screening from within your existing workflow and access all reports from one spot.

We manage all communication between the employer and candidate throughout the screening process. This also includes automated reminders, e.g., if any information has not been provided or a referee has not responded. In this case, the candidate will receive an email, text, or ultimately a call from our Support team.

DISA offers cloud storage to clients, so employers can keep all employee data secure and in line with the GDPR.  DISA offers various storage facilities for employers.

Our application is desktop, mobile, and tablet-friendly. This allows candidates around the world to complete their screening on the go, anytime and anywhere.

After receiving the correct data, a screening in the Netherlands or Sweden, with exceptions, takes an average of under five working days. Other international screenings often take longer.

Our dedicated support team is at your service 5 days a week from 8 am to 8 pm (except on Friday: we are open until 6 pm).
