His career progression has included roles such as Senior Operations Manager and Director of Compliance and Product Training in the background screening industry, driven by a commitment to ensuring that candidates receive fair treatment and that employment laws, including FCRA and EEOC regulations, are applied consistently.

Chad's primary focus is on educating clients and internal teams about federal laws and regulations, ensuring strict adherence to these standards, and mitigating risk. His expertise lies in making complex information accessible and fostering strong partnerships with clients.

Currently, Chad is focused on aligning internal teams to unified standards. He is Advanced Fair Credit Reporting Act certified through the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA) and actively participates in the Industry Practices and Government Relations Committees of PBSA.  He is currently on the Board of Directors of PBSA.
