Effective April 23, 2017, all contractor and subcontractor employees performing work at Husky Energy’s refining facility in Lima, Ohio, will be required to conduct background check through DISA. The screens will be conducted to meet the requirements of CFATS (Chemical Facilities Anti-Terrorism Standard). Husky will join more than 69 facility owners who either mandate or accept DISA’s contractor management program at multiple locations across the U.S.
