DISA Global Solutions, Inc. (DISA), a leading provider of employee screening and transportation compliance services, acquired RMR Consultants (RMR) on June 30, 2017. Founded in 1999, RMR is a Dallas-based provider of specialized transportation services that include Department of Transportation compliance, accounting and audit support, and expert regulatory guidance.

DISA is committed to developing solutions to make the complex screening process easier and more efficient. The immense volume of paper required for the Chain of Custody process makes this important process slower, less accurate, and inefficient. We teamed our internal experts and technology solutions with our laboratory partner, CRL, to develop an electronic solution to eliminate the paper-heavy screening process. We also developed an electronic solution for capturing employee consent, another paper process. Now, our clients are afforded the ease and efficiency of electronic Custody and Control and electronic Consent Forms – eCCFs and eConsent.

We are proud to announce that we have relocated our main office to accommodate our rapidly growing team! The new, larger location is conveniently nestled off of the Sam Houston Tollway in a beautiful business park near Houston’s Energy Corridor. Our building provides an open concept flooded with natural light, with multiple break and huddle rooms. We have numerous enhancements to our new space and a walking trail outside for employees to get some fresh air in a safe environment. Our employees are the heartbeat of this company and we are ecstatic to be able to provide an updated and energizing environment that we can all appreciate!

(DISA), a leading provider of employee screening and compliance services, acquired Midwest Toxicology Services (MTS) on June 1, 2017.  MTS has over 25 years of experience providing drug and alcohol testing and third-party administration (TPA) services to thousands of clients.
