Since joining in 2017, Crystal has managed various learning programs, including new hire onboarding, acquisition transition training, and compliance training, all aimed at fostering a continuous learning culture. She collaborates closely with HR and business teams to design and implement leadership programs, development plans, and training solutions that align with DISA’s strategic goals.

In addition to her work in learning and development, Crystal plays a key role in Performance Management and LMS Administration, supporting a holistic approach to employee performance and training. She has also been involved in initiatives to boost Employee Engagement, chairing the Summer of Excellence committee and leading efforts on the Employee Appreciation Committee to celebrate core values and team achievements.

With a strong background in training and development, Crystal has a history of guiding organizations through growth and change. Her approach focuses on creating accessible learning experiences and fostering an inclusive environment where employees are encouraged to develop their skills. She is also a founding member of DISA’s Women’s Empowerment Alliance, which emphasizes her commitment to supporting an empowered and equitable workplace culture.
