Creating your account is a breeze: set up your username, choose a secure password, and follow the steps to kick off or adjust your contributions. You have the freedom to stash away anywhere from 1% to a whopping 90% of your eligible earnings. Let’s get that savings ball rolling!

Auto-Enrollment, No Fuss:

If decisions aren't your thing, don’t sweat it! We’ve got an Auto Enrollment feature that’s got your back. Without lifting a finger, you'll be automatically set up to contribute 3% of your pay, and we’ll even give it a little boost of 1% each year. Just keep an eye out for a notification with all the deets.

Matching Magic:

Here’s where the magic really happens: we will match 100% of your first 1% contributions plus half of your next contributions between 2-6%. And guess what? You can adjust your contributions any time you fancy, and it'll kick in with the next payroll. Just remember, the employer match follows a 2-year vesting schedule, so the full benefits come to those who stay with us a wee bit.
