Getting Your Card:
If you need a company credit card to handle work stuff, chat with your manager. They'll guide you through getting one.
Using Your Card Right:
- Always be sure you know the rules for using the company credit card. If you're ever unsure, refer to this guide!
- Treat your company card like it's your own – keep it safe and secure.
- Your manager will check over your credit card expenses, so make sure they're all legit and work-related.
- Oops, bought something by mistake or that's not in line with our policy? You'll need to pay us back for that.
- Whenever you can, charge all work-related expenses to your company card.
- Using the card for non-work stuff? You might lose your card privileges.
- If you have a company card, avoid using your personal card for work expenses. This could lead to a talk with HR.
- Mistakenly charged a personal expense? It happens! Just let your manager know and reimburse the amount.
- Fudging your expense reports or misusing the card? That's a big no-no and could lead to serious consequences, even letting go of your position.
Before You Leave:
Managers, if a team member is leaving, ensure all their card expenses are squared away. And HR, please let our finance team know so the card can be shut down.
Timely Reporting:
Remember to submit any credit card expenses within a month. If you forget for over three months, you might need to pay us back and could lose your card privileges.
Keeping Your Card in Top Shape:
Your company card is a tool, so look after it! If you lose a receipt, our Concur mobile app can help. But try not to lose more than 3 receipts a year, or you'll need to repay those expenses.
Notice Something Fishy?
Spotted a weird charge on your card? It could be fraud. Let our Company Administrator know ASAP. They'll guide you through reporting it and getting a new card.
Lost or Stolen Card:
Lost your card or think it was stolen? No worries, it happens. Email our Finance Company Administrator pronto. They'll check recent charges with you and help you get a new card.
Changed Your Name?
If you've legally changed your name and HR has updated your records, we can get you a new card! Just send the required documents to our team.
