Eligibility Details:

You automatically become a part of this initiative on the first day of the month following a 30-day period from your date of employment. If a situation arises where you need to avail of this benefit, it activates after a 7-day waiting period (under a physician's guidance) and can extend up to 12 weeks if medically warranted. The plan covers up to 70% of your weekly salary, with a cap at $2,308.
