In the event that you face a disability that extends beyond a 90-day period, the Long Term Disability (LTD) plan comes into effect. This initiative offers a steady financial assistance, facilitating a smoother recovery process without the burden of financial stress, extending sustained support up until the age of 65.

Eligibility Details:

Once you have been under continuous care from a physician for 90 days due to a disability, you will be eligible to receive benefits from the LTD plan. This program is designed to replace 60% of your monthly salary, providing up to a maximum of $10,000 per month (this includes social security benefits you may be receiving).
