At DISA, we know that great employees often know other outstanding professionals. That’s why we created the Employee Referral Program to reward you for bringing talented people into our growing team! If your referral is hired, you’ll earn a bonus as a thank-you for helping us build an even stronger organization.


How It Works:

    1.    Submitting a Referral:

  • You can refer candidates through the Jobs Hub in Workday by selecting the open position and completing the referral form.
  • You’ll need to provide details like your referral’s name, phone number, email address, your relationship to them, and (if available) their resume.
  • For your referral to qualify, the candidate must also list your name on their DISA application before being hired.

    2.    The Bonus:

  • You’ll receive a $1,000 bonus when your referral completes 90 days of employment.
  •  Payment will be processed as soon as administratively feasible after the 90-day mark, so you don’t have to wait long to be rewarded.

    3.    Eligibility:

  • The program is for external candidates only (no rehires).
  • Employees involved in hiring decisions for the position (including managers or HR staff) aren’t eligible for a bonus.
  • If a candidate is referred by more than one person, we’ll reward the referrer listed on the candidate’s application.
  • Both you and your referral must be actively employed by DISA at the time of payout.


Confidentiality:

We won’t share information about your referral’s hiring process or selection decision, but know that your referral plays a key role in helping us find top talent.


Policy Flexibility:

DISA may adjust or end the referral program at any time, for any reason. Any exceptions must be approved by the policy owner executive.


Policy Violations:

All referrals should be made professionally and ethically. Violations may result in disciplinary action, including termination or legal steps, in line with our company policies.
