Choosing to Leave on Your Own? 

• Please let your manager know at least two weeks before you plan to leave. A written notice would be great!
• Your last day should be a working day, not a PTO day. If you take PTO as your last day, we'll count the last day you were actually at work as your official last day.

If We Have to Part Ways 

• We'll provide you with all the necessary details and steps to ensure a smooth transition.

• Our HR team will set up an exit interview with you. We'll chat about your time here, how leaving affects your benefits, and any feedback you have for us. Your insights help us grow!

Your Final Paycheck 

• We'll give you all the details about your last paycheck in an exit letter on your last day.
