US Employment Relationship
Let's chat about the nature of our work relationship for US employees. It's what we call "at-will." This simply means that if you ever feel the need to move on, you're free to do so at any time, with or without a heads-up. On the flip side, there might be times when we need to make tough decisions about roles, schedules, or even employment status.
We usually follow a step-by-step approach when addressing concerns, but there might be situations where immediate decisions are necessary. Just remember, unless there's a signed contract from our CEO, our relationship remains flexible and "at-will."
In short, while we hope for a long and fruitful journey together, we both have the freedom to make choices as we see fit. And always know this policy isn't about contracts—it's about understanding and flexibility.
